Accountability

You shouldn't have to manage your cleaning company

If you are chasing your cleaners, the service has already failed. Six things that take that job off your desk.

One contact One scope One record
01
Assigned contact One person answers for your property. You never re-explain the site to a stranger, and you never chase a dispatcher.
02
Defined scope Rooms, tasks, frequency and standard are agreed in writing. If it is not in the scope, we tell you before the visit — not after.
03
Scheduled service Visits land on a calendar you can see, timed around your operating hours. No surprise crews, no missed nights.
04
Quality checks Supervision is part of the visit, not an occasional inspection. The checklist is verified before anyone leaves the site.
05
Issue resolution You report it once, to one contact. It gets fixed on record — and the fix is re-checked on the next visit.
06
Service documentation Checklists, photos and reports build a paper trail you can hand to an owner, a board or a health inspector.
A note from the owner Multiservices Vancouver Locally owned and operated · Vancouver, BC

Thirteen years ago we started with one van, a short client list, and a promise we still keep: shape the work around your building, never the other way round.

What we learned early is that cleaning is really about trust. Somebody hands you the keys to a lobby, a restaurant kitchen, a family home — and expects it to look untouched and cared for by morning. We are still locally owned and operated, we still choose our crews one at a time, and we still use eco-friendly products, because the people who work in those spaces breathe what we leave behind.

Property managers, builders, restaurants and families across Greater Vancouver have kept us on their schedule since 2013. We do not take that for granted: every job carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.

Why clients stay

Local, customized, answerable to you

Four things clients tell us make the difference.

01
Locally owned and committed Being local means understanding what Vancouver buildings actually need — and the long relationships we keep here show it.
02
Comprehensive and customized We assess your requirements and build a plan around your preferences and schedule, so every corner gets the same attention.
03
Experienced and professional Seasoned crews across post-construction, office, window and janitorial work — with growth and learning offered to every member.
04
Eco-friendly practices Sustainable products and methods that put the well-being of your staff and visitors first, while keeping our footprint small.

Request a walkthrough
How it works

You're not buying cleaning hours. You're buying a system.

Seven steps, applied the same way on every property we take on — so the work is measured against something written down rather than someone's memory.

Written scope approved before the first visit
One contact for scope, schedule and issues
The seven steps

From first visit to a service that runs

The short version See it → scope it → staff it → check it → report it → fix it.
Start with a walkthrough
1

Walkthrough

We visit the property before quoting — access, surfaces, traffic, risks and how often the space realistically needs attention.

Before pricing
2

Scope

Areas, tasks, products and frequency written into a scope document you approve before the first visit.

In writing
3

Crew

A crew and a responsible lead are assigned to the site, briefed on your scope before they start.

Briefed, not improvised
4

Checklist

Each visit follows the scope as a checklist, so the work is measured against something agreed rather than memory.

Per visit
5

Quality control

Supervisors carry out site checks against the checklist on a recurring basis, and after any change to the scope.

Recurring checks
6

Communication

You get a completion note, and photos or a report where the scope calls for them. Frequency is agreed up front.

As agreed
7

Issue resolution

Raise anything below standard with your contact and we return to correct it, then re-check it on the following visit.

Corrected at no charge
In practice

What that looks like day to day

What you receive

A scope document, a schedule, and completion notes for each visit. Insurance and WorkSafeBC certificates go to your records team on request.

How the scope is defined

Built from the walkthrough, not a template: areas, tasks, products, frequency and the standard each area is held to.

Changing the scope

Renovations, new tenants or seasonal load change the work. We reprice the affected lines and reissue the scope before applying it.

Handling issues

One contact, one thread. You raise it, we return to correct it, and the item is re-checked on the following visit.

Quality control

Recurring supervisor checks against the checklist, plus a check after any scope change or crew change on the site.

Multiple locations

Each site keeps its own scope and schedule, coordinated through a single account contact and one consolidated report.

Before you start

The questions managers ask us first

Do I get the same crew every visit?+

Recurring sites are assigned a crew and a named lead, and we keep that team on the site wherever scheduling allows. When cover is needed, whoever attends is briefed on your scope beforehand.

What happens if something is missed?+

Raise it with your contact and we return to correct it at no extra charge. The item is then re-checked on the following visit so the fix holds.

Are your crews insured and covered?+

Crew members are covered under WorkSafeBC and the company carries liability insurance. Certificates go to your records team whenever a building requires them.

Can you work around our tenants and trading hours?+

That is the normal case, not an exception. Off-hours, overnight and weekend windows are agreed as part of the scope.

Start at step one

Book the walkthrough. Everything else follows from what we see on site.

A safe place to work

Harassment and discrimination end a shift here, not a conversation. Every crew member has a direct line to a manager, in the language they are most comfortable using.

Hired for the work

We hire on attitude and care, not on background. Training is provided regardless of experience, and advancement follows how you work with the team.

Proud to show up

We back Vancouver Pride and LGBTQ+ owned businesses in this city, and our crews take on venue and street clean-up through the season.

What we hold ourselves to

Five commitments our supervisors are accountable for, on every site.

1
Pronouns and names, used correctly On crews and with clients. It costs nothing and it matters.
2
Equal pay for equal work Same role, same rate — no negotiation gap between crew members.
3
Faith and family respected Shift swaps for observances and family obligations, arranged without penalty.
4
Language is never a barrier Scopes and safety briefings delivered in the languages our crews speak.
5
Discreet in every home Private households stay private. What a crew sees stays in the house.
